薬理治療学の専門ジャーナル(電子版)に、炎症性腸疾患患者において、血中ビタミンD値が高いと、クロストリジウム菌感染リスクが低いという相関を示した臨床研究が、米国のグループ(Harvard Medical School)から報告されていました。(Aliment Pharmacol Ther. 2014 Mar 18.)
